Geriatric Services
Our philosophy of care is based on a respectful relationship between clinician and the client.
PBHS clinicians work as a team to help patients achieve healthy goals. Many of our clinicians have specialization with the geriatric population; their training and experience make them uniquely qualified to work with clients and their family members to provide the most appropriate care.
Our services include:
- Comprehensive psychiatric assessment
- Medication management with specialized Psychiatrists and Nurse Practitioners
- Neuropsychological evaluations to obtain formal diagnosis
- Treatment planning for mild to moderate dementia based on our Cognitive Remediation Program
- Guardianship and competency evaluations
- Individual psychological counseling
- Continuity of care
