  • Our goal is to schedule new patients as soon as possible typically within 2-3 days. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

  • Your first appointment is an intake with a clinician. You’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and history so we can determine the best next steps.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.

  • A DBT-based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, skills-focused treatment multiple days per week while allowing individuals to continue work or school. Our programs serve adults and adolescents and may include support for co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.

  • We provide services for adults and adolescents (age 12 and up).
